It is well known that one of the best ways to relax your body and your mind, is meditation. This is a practice that has been around for thousands of years, and is very effective in reducing levels of stress, anxiety and depression. Studies have shown that regular meditation also helps reduce symptoms of physical ailments too.
In this session, I will guide you in your meditation. We begin with some breathing exercises, then I will talk you through the process, with visualisations and imagery dependant on what your goal with the meditation is.
Once the meditation is complete, we will begin your massage. You will feel your tension melt away, and will be left in a blissful state of mind.
