In my years as a massage therapist, there are many things that I have learned and a couple of the most important of those are:

No two people or their bodies are the same.

People are often as tired emotionally and mentally, as they are physically; if not more so.

As a result of these realisations, I have developed my own Signature Massage. This treatment is nurturing, wholehearted and healing in nature. Each session is individually tailored to each client, depending on their needs.

These sessions are a unique full body experience - an intuitive, intimate ​presence with slow, focused muscle work to release everyday stresses, still the mind, and leave you feeling integrated and relaxed. I alternate between long, flowing strokes and feather-light touches, utilising techniques from deep tissue massage, Lomi Lomi, Shiatsu, Tantra and more, responding to you and your body. I make an effort to connect deeply with each client, and can usually accommodate specific requests and preferences.

With this massage, I want to empower and heal you through bodywork and conscious touch, to regain a sense of harmony and to awaken your inner resources for healing.
